Call verified leads have been checked in a phone call before they reach your team. Tell us which questions that call must answer. We will confirm if we can do that work and what the screening would cover.
Our standard phone check uses an SMS code. It shows that the person can use the number they gave us. It does not mean we have spoken to them. Agree any live phone screening as a separate part of your brief.

Define what verified means for your team
Start with our lead verification process. An SMS code, a duplicate check, a consent record and a live call each check something different. Ask the supplier which checks it has done when it calls a lead verified.

- Did they confirm interest in your service?
- Which location, timing and eligibility questions were answered?
- Will your team receive the answers and the agreed contact context?
A conversation is different from a booked meeting

A phone call cannot promise a sale. Your team still needs to hear what the person wants, explain your offer and carry out its own checks.

Agree acceptance and delivery before paying
Agree which checks make a lead count towards the bill, which notes you get and what happens if an answer is missing. Ask for a price for that work. A standard lead price may not include a separate call.
Plan who will call the leads you receive and how soon they can do it. After the first batch, check how many people you reached and how many became clients.
