The PrimeProof checks are the quality gate inside the Prime Pipeline. Before a lead reaches you we verify the phone by SMS, capture consent, screen for duplicates and run prequalification customized to your vertical. Every lead carries an audit trail, and everything runs in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and Spam Act 2003.
The Prime Pipeline is our whole acquisition funnel, built in house. We run the campaigns, capture up to 98 data points on every enquiry, and put each one through the PrimeProof checks. Prequalification is customized to your vertical; for property and mortgage leads, the PrimeProof check also confirms the enquirer can proceed on finance, with their consent.
Leads that fail a check exit the funnel there: never delivered, never billed. In property, that filter bites hard: 51.8% of enquirers earning over $120,000 failed on finance for a $650,000 property, while leads that clear the PrimeProof checks fail on finance less than 5% of the time (PrimeLeads internal data, thousands of leads). What comes out the bottom is delivered in real time, or booked straight into your calendar with appointment setting.
Every lead in the Prime Pipeline moves through the same six steps before it reaches you: four checks, bookended by capture and delivery. A lead that fails any check is never delivered and never billed. Each step is recorded to the audit trail.
