What is a call verified lead?

A call verified lead is a lead someone has spoken to before it reaches your team. Ask what that call checked. Reaching a person, hearing that they want your service and checking that they fit your brief each tell you something different.

An SMS check uses a code sent to the phone. The person returns the code to show they can use that number. This is our standard phone check. It does not mean we have spoken to them. If you need a live call, agree that work in your brief.

Ask which questions were used, when the call took place and which answers you will get. Check what makes the lead count towards your bill and whether a meeting is booked. A call gives you context, but cannot promise a sale or replace the checks your own team needs to make.
